  • Choice of Legal Form: orientation objective entre l'Sole Proprietorship (Nom propre), la SARL (Société à Responsabilité Limitée), la SAS (Société par Actions Simplifiée) ou la SA (Public Limited Company) selon vos ambitions et le nombre d'associés.
  • Structuration du Capital Social : advice on share allocation, cash or in-kind contributions, and the protection of founding partners.
  • Validation de la Gouvernance : definition of the powers of the manager or president, and of decision-making rules (blocking clauses, required majority).
